Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and pixel tags) for the following purposes:
- Essential Cookies: These cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function properly. They enable core functionality such as page navigation, secure access to authenticated areas, and session management. You cannot opt out of essential cookies as the Site cannot function without them.
- Performance Cookies: These cookies collect information about how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are visited most often and whether users receive error messages. This data is used solely to improve the performance and functionality of the Site. Performance cookies do not collect information that identifies you personally.
- Functional Cookies: These cookies allow the Site to remember choices you make (such as your preferred language or region) and provide enhanced, personalized features. Functional cookies may also be used to provide services you have requested, such as watching a video or commenting on a blog.
- Targeting and Advertising Cookies: These cookies are used to deliver advertisements that are relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising cookies are usually placed by advertising networks with our permission. They track your browsing activity across different websites and may be used to build a profile of your interests. For more information about advertising cookies, see the "Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)" section below.
You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. However, disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
We plan to use Google AdSense to display advertisements on eligible content pages. During our current site-review period, AdSense ad requests are disabled and site ownership is verified through our public ads.txt file. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense is a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC that may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other online identifiers to serve and measure ads based on your settings, consent choices, and prior visits to this and other websites.
We do not intentionally include your name, email address, phone number, cheque amount, or other directly identifying information in an AdSense ad request. Do not place personal information in a page URL. Our amount converter processes the value entered into the tool in your browser and does not send that value to Google for ad targeting.
Before serving personalized ads to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we will use a Google-certified consent management platform that integrates with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Where consent is required, non-essential advertising storage and personalized advertising will not be activated until the user has made a choice. Users will be able to revisit or withdraw that choice through the consent settings provided on the Site.
The Site does not request or collect precise GPS location. Third parties may infer an approximate region from an IP address for security, language, analytics, or non-personalized advertising. If we introduce a feature that requests precise device location, we will explain its purpose and request permission before collection.
How Google AdSense Uses Cookies
Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visit to our Site and other sites on the web. When you visit our Site, Google may set a cookie on your browser. This cookie allows Google and its advertising partners to:
- Display advertisements that are tailored to your interests and browsing behavior
- Measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns
- Track the number of times an ad has been shown to you
- Limit the number of times you see the same ad
Data Collected by Advertising Cookies
The cookies used by Google AdSense may collect the following types of information:
- Your IP address (which may be used to determine your general geographic location)
- Your browser type and version
- The pages you visit on our Site and the time and date of your visit
- The advertisements you click on or interact with
- Your device type and operating system
- Information about your browsing activity across multiple websites
This information is used to serve personalized (interest-based) advertisements and to report ad performance metrics to advertisers. Google may also use this data to improve its advertising services and for other purposes as described in Google's own privacy policy.
Your Choices and Opt-Out Options
You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google and its partners by visiting the following resources:
- Google Ads Settings: https://www.google.com/settings/ads — Manage your ad preferences and opt out of interest-based advertising from Google.
- About Ads Choices: https://www.aboutads.info/choices — Opt out of personalized advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-Out: https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ — Opt out of behavioral advertising from NAI member companies.
Please note that even if you opt out of personalized advertising, you may still see advertisements on our Site. After opting out, the ads displayed will not be tailored to your interests and browsing behavior. Instead, you will see non-personalized ads that are not based on your past activity. Non-personalized ads may be less relevant to you, but they help support the free services we provide.
Google's Privacy Practices

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing the services we have engaged them to perform.

- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, merger, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Site before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encrypting data in transit using SSL/TLS technology
- Storing sensitive data in secure, access-controlled environments
- Regularly reviewing our security practices and procedures
- Limiting access to personal information to authorized personnel who need it to perform their duties
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions required by law.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.
Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action to delete the information.
